The property, which can sleep up to five people provides comfort throughout. The front entrance leads into a hallway which provides access to the lounge, dining room, kitchen and pantry.
The lounge facing the front of the house has a three piece suite and coal fireplace with electric fire, and also Sky digital TV. Similarly the dining room has an old fireplace and mantelpiece and built in china cupboard.
The kitchen at the rear includes electric cooker with hobs, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine & dishwasher. The pantry has a fridge/freezer.
The kitchen door leads out onto a small courtyard which catches the afternoon sun. Steps lead upto an an elevated rear field. A picnic bench is provided.
Upstairs are two large front bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds, and associated wardrobes etc. Go to sleep to the murmuring of the adjacent stream, Afon Felin, as it tumbles down to the estuary.
The snug third bedroom at the rear of the house is suitable for a child or small adult. Linen is provided for the beds which have duvets and blankets. In addition a Z-bed and cot are also available.
The bathroom consists of washbasin, shower cubicle and toilet. Off-road private parking is provided for two vehicles opposite the property. Parking is at a premium in Newport and so this is a bonus.
